ADVENT, through the partnership of David L. McDonald and Nancy Muth, brings more than fifty years of combined experience in church leadership. Both McDonald and Muth began their ministries in congregations as Presbyterian pastors. The next phase of their ministries was in funds development with the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). During this time they gained extensive experience counseling congregations and governing bodies in major funding initiatives and financial stewardship development. In addition they assisted these faith-based organizations and other institutions in determining the feasibility of a major funding project and planning strategies to meet a realistic goal.

McDonald and Muth have assisted congregations and governing bodies with financial programs of various goals, ranging from several hundred thousand dollars to over $6 million.

McDonald is a graduate of Wabash College (A.B.), Yale University Divinity School (M.Div.) and McCormick Theological Seminary (D.Min.).

Muth is a graduate of Moravian College (B.A.), Princeton Theological Seminary (M.Div.) and McCormick Theological Seminary (D.Min.)
