A YEAR-END GIVING PROGRAM
Inviting Members To Make Special Year-End Gifts

The end of the year creates a special stewardship opportunity for congregations. At year's end many members review their financial situations, assess their charitable giving and consult with their advisors to do tax planning. Members are open to hear the invitation to consider special gifts for the church's ministry and mission if the church asks!

ADVENT's "A Time to Reflect . . . A Time to Give" Year-End Giving Program provides all the resources needed for a congregation to conduct such a program and receive significant extra giving to advance the church's ministry and mission.

• A practical Year-End Giving Program manual, detailing the necessary preparation for the program to maximize the church's potential

AN INNOVATIVE ANNUAL STEWARDSHIP PROGRAM

ADVENT's new annual stewardship program provides a practical, creative approach for a congregation's annual stewardship program. The theme of the program is creating a portrait of the congregation's ministry and mission, enabling members to picture the panorama of the church's life and its daily impact in touching people's lives with the good news of Jesus Christ. Members are challenged to grow in their financial stewardship commitment and renew their partnership in the church's ministry and mission.

The resource packet includes all the materials necessary to conduct the program, including:

• A Program Manual with clear directions and suggestions for the Stewardship Committee
• Counsel on encouraging growth in giving
• A detailed calendar of preparation
• 3.5" floppy disk (in Microsoft WORD or Corel WORDPERFECT format) with materials that can be adapted to your church
