Mary
Genovese Colvin began her career in Residential Real
Estate twenty-eight years ago. Mary has since served as
President of Binswanger Company's Residential Division and as
President of Friia & Company, a successfully run
family business with offices in California, Hawaii and
Montana.

15 years ago as an Associate Broker where I continue
to specialize in Prime Residential Properties from Condos
to Luxury Townhouses, in the Society Hill and Rittenhouse
Square Areas."
Mary's, Daughter, Margaux Genovese Pelegrin joined
her in business in 2005. Margaux was born & raised in the
Rittenhouse Square area of Philadelphia, and completed
her B.A. at The University of Maryland in 2003. She brings
a new perspective to the partnership and is very excited
to join Mary in a successful career in Philadelphia Real
Estate.
