Mark A. Anderson, Organist/Choirmaster

Mark A. Anderson is on the organ faculty at Westminster Choir College in Princeton, New Jersey, and Organist/Choirmaster at The Presbyterian Church of Chestnut Hill in Philadelphia.

He received his Bachelor of Music degree, cum laude, from Westminster Choir College, and a Master of Music degree from the Eastman School Of Music. He has completed coursework for the Doctor of Music degree at Indiana University in harpsichord and conducting. Principal teachers have been Donald McDonald, David Craighead, Elisabeth Wright and Robert Porco.

He has concertized and presented classes and workshops throughout the United States, Canada, Germany, Iceland, Puerto Rico and Japan. His performances, both live and recorded, have been broadcasted on the BBC, National Public Radio and Public Radio International.
